5ers Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Guide for Malaysian Users

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the 5ers platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
The 5ers platform is intended for users aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and are located in a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted. 5ers reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered users, and any party accessing our services via mobile app or web browser.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 5ers reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be using false or misleading information.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 5ers will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their account information.
User Responsibilities
- Do not use the platform for any unlawful activity.
- Do not attempt to access another user's account without authorisation.
- Do not distribute malware or malicious code through the platform.
- Do not use bots, automated software, or any fraudulent methods in any game or betting activity.
- Comply with all game rules set by 5ers.
3. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the 5ers platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We accept deposits and withdrawals via approved local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and online banking with major Malaysian banks.
Deposit Process
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. 5ers is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal Process
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the required verification procedures. Users may be asked to submit identity verification documents before their first withdrawal is approved. 5ers reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals while a security review is in progress.
Anti-Money Laundering
5ers does not permit any activity related to money laundering on the platform. Any account suspected of involvement in such activity will be suspended immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability
Permitted Use
The 5ers platform is provided solely for entertainment and lawful sports betting purposes. Users are prohibited from using the platform for commercial purposes without written consent from 5ers, or from distributing content that is unlawful, offensive, or defamatory.
Limitation of Liability
5ers makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Under no circumstances will 5ers be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from service interruptions, technical errors, or betting outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 5ers platform — including logos, text, graphics, interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of 5ers or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any such content without prior written permission.
5. Account Policy, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
5ers reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time without prior notice if a user is found to have violated any of the terms in this document. This includes, but is not limited to, fraud, operating multiple accounts, or misuse of bonuses and promotions. All decisions made by 5ers regarding account suspension or closure are final.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal, subject to the necessary verification.
Third-Party Links
The 5ers platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. 5ers is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is at the user's own risk.
Changes to These Terms
5ers reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with the 5ers platform shall be resolved through the appropriate channels under the relevant jurisdiction.
